You are allowed to be a citizen of Telmina. If you'd like them to work in a specific area [bar, hotel, store, restaurant] just let me know in your application. Then again, these are small places so there needn't be more than one person at each spot.
Don't kill your or anyone else's character off, lest you have spoken beforehand or you are dropping out with....a bang.
You can use any celebrity for your character. Smexy asian celebs are encouraged.
Supernatural characters are welcome. In fact, encouraged.
As are insane people.
Post your character's biography in a journal update and/or your profile page.
